Ann Coulter says she thinks that Hillary Clinton is more conservative than John McCain..she doesn't say that McCain is crazy...but she gets close.. |

Ann Coulter seems to be pushing Romney and Obama both though this move...because...
What appears be happening is a Hillary vs. McCain general election. Which would shut out the base of both parties. No hard right evangelicals...no hard left antiwar... Or to put it another way...? the general election ballot is looking more like...? TWO PEOPLE WHO BOTH VOTED FOR THE WAR IN IRAQ!!!!! Where's the fun in that?? hunh? |

Ann Coulter is just demonstrating that she has about as many brain cells as I have testicles -- perhaps even fewer than a pair!
McCain may be many things, but he is not to the left of Hillary. The main thing I think the wingnut caucus of the Republican party has against McCain is that he loves America more than he loves the GOP. RS |

Kenny, the base of the Democratic party will happily pull the lever for Hillary if she's the nominee. Plenty would prefer somebody else, but there's just not a large segment that hates Hillary the way you and Coulter hate McCain. |

Uhh, Sgt? We're talking about within the base of Democratic voters. I know there are plenty of Clinton haters, you and Van included, but you're not part of the Democratic base.
There are plenty of McCain haters among Republicans, however. Many of them are the same haters that hate Hillary. |

McCain shows signs of dementia...
That last debate was pretty embarrassing, I think it took him like 4 minuets to realize he was arguing with himself after reversing the context of something Romney had said.. he's nucking futs , you dont have to look to far. That little photo Op he did in the market in Baghdad that got a couple dozen civilians killed should show that he's not really interested in reality. As for Man Coulter, S/He just realized that no one was paying any attention to hir so S/he's trying to stir up some ick...as is hir habit. |

john "they'll always be gooks to me" mccain seems a little nuts to me, definitely. but i'd rather have him in there than bush ANY DAY. of course, that's not saying much.
but coulter - this woman is a blow hard idiot. i'm a little puzzled why she even gets attention. she is purposefully inflammatory - that's the only answer i can come up with - but her attempts at being insightful and "thinking outside the box" or whatever you want to call it, are seriously lame. not to mention, she is profoundly annoying to listen to. there are few people in the media i despise more. tucker carlson is up there, but somehow he elicits a little pity from me. haha. he is such a weasley punk. anyway, i digress. |

FWIW, I also get angry and paranoid sometimes... particularly when there are people who I ought to be angry at trying to do bad things to me, or to obstruct me. I think that is more a sign of sanity than dementia. Impatience, maybe.
Romney is not better. He wanted to triple Guantanamo. McCain may be a hawk and a geezer, but he is dead set against torture, lies and putting corporatist interests ahead of US interests. That makes him superior to Bush and also to Romney. Perhaps the sanest Republican is the dude who thinks the world was created 5000 years ago, give or take, and he is demonstrably a believer of fairy tales. Let's just hope that everyone feels like the Republican party is as bankrupt as they have made the government come this November. ANYONE but a Republican would be a step up, and I would have no problems at all letting Obama or Hillary have the button -- they both have better sense than Bush ever had. RS |
