This is Scott Innes....one of the new generation of voices...that replaced and replicates the characters we all know...since the original voice actors died.
Just a guy...and his funny voices...it's a trip seeing the guy who does it

yeah, i don't think they sound the same either. i mean, they sound the same to the extent that the creator of many of the HB voices was the same guy
(though i didn't know shaggy was casey casem!)
he's good. he loves that scooby laugh. |

Well, he's no Daws Butler or Mel Blanc, or even Casey Kasem, but he's reasonably good....

He does the Don Messick voices really well, the others (except Shaggy) not so much. His Yogi Bear and Wally Gator are just awful.
Wherever there's a cop beatin' up a guy, I'll be there.
